Who needs a caption or even an agency…?

Very rarely do you come across in-house work which is so on the money. has produced two similar but both equally individual videos, and seeded them online, to build on their recent tube poster campaign.

We suppose when you see in-house produced work, you think have they got the capital for an agency? But when you see work like this from Figleaves, it’s clear they don’t need to spend for any direction.

Sex sells without showing the actual sex comes to mind? The videos show people becoming distracted after spotting the ‘revealing underwear’ ads displayed on the London tube network. But you don’t actually see the image until the very end of the video. They work so well in fact, it makes you want to get on an escalator yourself to see if it really is that distracting.

We definitely think these have that tongue-in-cheek about them to create a stir and go viral. Very interested to even think what they follow this up with…

Quick Question: What’s everyone’s favorite in-house produced work?

Hmmm, I don’t know guys, this one didn’t do anything for me. It was nicely done, but the payoff needed to be bigger. Either something about the blond girl once we finally saw her from the front, or something bigger about the poster he was looking at. It was too…obvious.

I just wrote a post about viral videos, the link is below. The point is, I don’t think this one above had replayability, it didn’t have brandability, thus no sharability…

    Keep up the good work.
